Shipping policy

Online orders will ship within 3 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping times vary based on your location in Canada.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more!

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees and shop in store at either our Woodbridge or Maple locations.

Our in-store hours are 10am - 5pm on Tuesday - Saturday at both our Woodbridge and Maple locations.

Shipping

We offer Canada wide shipping.

At this time, we do not ship anywhere outside of Canada. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at woodbridge@finchcentrejewellers.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
