Refund policy

Finch Centre Jewellers Woodbridge has a 15 day window for return of items purchased ONLINE only at regular price for full refund.

Sale items, pre-owned items and Swarovski earrings are final sale. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unaltered, not damaged, in new condition to qualify for a return.
